AquaGuard 5000 and Aquatic Technologies Material Defects

5-YEAR IMPRISONMENT + A $50,000.00 FINE?

It is very possible that this could happen. The local District Attorney could be prosecuting Dennis Hardy of Aquaguard 5000 and Aquatic Technologies in the near future for fraud. Please scroll down and take time to read both letters and then YOU DECIDE if you want to do business with this man who falsifies information.

Dennis Hary's Fake Letter

(The FRAUDULANT Letter Above was posted at http://ultra-guard-pool-restoration.com/?p=11)

The fact is that the three people listed above NEVER sent me this letter. My Website (www.poolrestoration.com) did not go up until 2003. In 1997, 1998 and 2000 I was not even in business. This letter was ACTUALLY SENT TO DENNIS HARDY of AQUATIC TECHNOLOGIES in May of 2004 because of the many failures and problems he had with Aquaguard 5000 products. When Dennis Hardy altered the original letter that was SENT TO HIM, he put himself in a position to be prosecuted for fraud in the near future.

BELOW IS THE ACTUAL LETTER FROM 2004 SENT TO DENNIS HARDY
