The fact is that the three people listed above NEVER sent me this letter. My Website (www.poolrestoration.com) did not go up until 2003. In 1997, 1998 and 2000 I was not even in business. This letter was ACTUALLY SENT TO DENNIS HARDY of AQUATIC TECHNOLOGIES in May of 2004 because of the many failures and problems he had with Aquaguard 5000 products. When Dennis Hardy altered the original letter that was SENT TO HIM, he put himself in a position to be prosecuted for fraud in the near future.

As you can see Dennis Hardy CEO of Aquaguard 5000 has no confidence in his product. He knows it will fail. That’s the reason his 15 year warranty has no creditability what so ever and does not hold water.

Third party testing bureaus have proven that the Aquaguard products by Aquatic Tech. is nothing more than a thick glorified paint.

I must admit that I purchased from Dennis Hardy his Aquatic-Tech Aquaguard 5000 product.

I met Mr. Hardy at the national swimming pool show in Atlantic City, NJ sometime in 2005. He knew I was becoming a major factor on the internet with my UltraGuard website.

He offered me a deal I could not turn down. If I could give him a decent amount of business he would sell to me at a very, very low price.

I should have known better to believe he could sell me a coating that was 100% polymer solids. It turns out it was not. The customers I shipped on the internet 6 years ago did not have any guarantees (they had no recourse) I applied possibly 14-15 of my own customers pools, of which 90% of the applications failed including a commercial pool from a swim club that had 160,000 gallons of water. I had to go back remove his coatings from all of these customer’s pools and apply the UltraGuard product that I had been using prior to this incident.

As of this date he is still shipping Pool-Bright, manufactured by Aquatic-Tech and it is a roll on and of course it has no guarantee to the homeowner.
