It is indeed unfortunate two manufacturers must resort to fraudulent lies to compete with us. The letters they have posted about our failures are 100% pure lies and we can prove it.
UltraGuard is the only product on the internet that has a guarantee recognized by the Better Business Bureau. Please click on the top of the page www.poolrestoration.com and read the high rating the BBB gives us.
I am willing to bet Bill Nash of Uglassit composed this letter. We have more aged testimonials than anyone else on our website. Click here and read about Bill Nash’s dark history where he stole hundreds of thousands of dollars from naïve homeowners when he was a bait and switch salesman working for Sun Rise Leisure.

I am willing to bet Bill Nash of Uglassit composed this letter. We have more long standing testimonials than anyone else on our website.
<<<Fake “Testimonial” #2>>>
I am the CEO and owner of Premier Restoration. I am the only contractor, for the past 8-years, that uses the UltraGuard product in a 60-mile radius of Philadelphia. I never had a contractor in Baltimore that used my product. We sell our contractors at a low price with no guarantee. We only offer our homeowners a 5 or 10 year guarantee if it is installed by my company or as a DIY. The picture of the bucket below is not my label. I will not waste my time replying to the lies and the BS that’s on the rest of this particular letter. Please note no company name of the contractor, address or phone number.
<<<Fake “Testimonial” #3>>>
If you look at Aquaguard’s website you don’t see any testimonials or referrals from homeowners. If Dennis Hardy gave any phone numbers of customers that are happy with his product as a DIY they are probably family members. Remember he gives no guarantee what-so-ever as a DIY or contractor installed. We have his guarantee on our website. You will see it has no credibility at all.We have found over the years if a pool turns yellow or green it’s because they had minerals or iron in their water. This problem could have been corrected if they used the proper pool chemicals. Please note there is no customer name, address or phone number. This is another BS letter.
<<<Fake “Testimonial” #4>>>
I am willing to bet dollars to donuts that this letter was composed by Bill Nash of Uglassit. We have more aged testimonials on our website than anyone else. Our testimonials include architects, engineers and even a paint chemist. You can email anyone of these people. This is just another letter filled with lies and BS
<<<Fake “Testimonial” #5>>>
I am still available to help Steve when he is on a job site with his men. Initially Steve speaks with all the customers and takes their orders. My position at this time is to help Steve when he needs it for prep and actual installation. I am available 7-days a week. Again there is no name, address or phone number to get in touch with him. This again is BS.
<<<Fake “Testimonial” #6>>>
This is all BS. If you believe this article this con man is capable of selling you the Brooklyn Bridge. We have honored our pool warranty for the past 8-years. The BBB recognizes our warranty and gives us the highest rating they have. I repeat Steve Sawtelle is not my son. He is a pool contractor that now owns the UltraGuard exclusively on the internet. There are no lawsuits against me. If this person bought the UltraGuard 6000 in 2005 we would still try to satisfy him even though his warranty was up with one coat. Please note there is not name of this customer, his address or a phone number so you could get in touch with him.
<<<Fake “Testimonial” #7>>>
We sell our contractors at a very low price if they can generate and give us a certain dollar volume. We do not give any contractor a guarantee due to the low price. The contractor decides what guarantee his company will offer. We have no listing that this contractor purchased from us. Another big lie. We only give our homeowner the 5 or 10 year warranty.
<<<Fake “Testimonial” #8>>>
I did David Sides pool in Holland, PA eight years ago. The reason it failed there were areas where the coping was getting loose. By ripping out the coping that was loose it disturbed the UltraGuard underneath it, pulling it away from the top of the pool. My UltraGuard would not have failed if he left his coping stones alone. David Sides is a testimonial on my website and he will stay there. I fixed his pool even though he did something wrong. No other contractor would have done what I did for him. If you would like to speak with David Sides and confirm this, call me on my home phone number 215-379-4464 and I will give you his phone number. He will tell you he never sent this letter to anyone.
<<<Fake “Testimonial” #9>>>
I doubt if this testimonial is true about Dennis Hardy. He is usually not available to answer questions. He is certainly not available when he has a failure. He will not return your call. Remember he does not give a legitimate guarantee. Click here and read his actual, worthless guarantee he offers. There is a certain amount of truth to this statement. We get hundreds of phone calls and emails a week. The prep instructions are on our website but remember every pool is unique with its own problems. Steve Sawtelle will spend as much time as necessary with any customer, answer any question they may have as long as they watch his 4 minute video. He will definitely tell you what your first step of prep will be based on wither your pool was painted or not. Chances are this will be proprietary information. You should have enough confidence at that time with reading our website, testimonials etc. and the BS our competition has put up to purchase our product.
<<<Fake “Testimonial” #10>>>
When I was looking for a person to sell my website to Steve Sawtelle was chosen from at least 12 other contractors that bought the UltraGuard product from me. I’ve known Steve for better than 3-years. He is respectable, sincere and a good business man. He knows how to handle his customers in a polite, professional manner.
I think am much better looking than the fellow in handcuffs that’s shown below. Just more proof that Dennis Hardy and Bill Nash are very SICK PEOPLE!
